Don't use their sim swap through the app you are better off going into the store. Twice the app has crashed when I attempted to copy my esim across. Resulting in me being able to access my phone. Absolutely ridiculous don't offer services if they don't work. Now I need to find my way to a store without access to maps or NFC. Honestly is just easier to switch providers then deal with this.

Vodafone was once great. No real problems. Customer support was excellent.Still has some quaility humans but Vodafone itself has gone so far downhill it's not worth the stress. User pays user doesn't matter. I've had slower than slow access, or no access to a whole host of sites for a couple of weeks. Unable to access shopping apps/sites, finalise payments, etc. Today, I managed to chat with a support person after days of being ignored. Still unresolved. Bad News the last few years.

Vodafone have streamlined their services across the board. The app is secure & user friendly. The phone option allows multiple ways to navigate, from quick txt recharge, change your plan, or speak direct. And above all, the customer service team are always on your side, ready to bring every enquiry or fault, to the best outcome on behalf of the Vodafone family, That's Us. I say 'family' because in my time & experience as a customer, I have never known a more generous company than Vodafone.
